I want to purchase Envi Software to use it for my studies.

I've seen that Envi software can be purchased through the Harris Geospatial Solutions portal. They have various geospatial applications listed and ready to be purchased. However, these apps are usually purchased after a direct contact is established between you and the developers. Depending on your business, needs and money, they will make an offer.

I am working in ENVI 4.7. I try to convert DN to Surface reflectance, but still I didn't find out the solution. Is there any tool for conversion?

Answer by Robert Polubinski

I've searched the web and various files for this conversion and found out that ResearchGate is a website that handles this stuff. They even created a DOC with the instructions on how to perform the conversion from DN to reflectance. You can download the file using the link posted below.

If you don't have a document processor installed, use the following one called OpenOffice: http://openoffice-org.software.informer.com/

Latest version of ENVI is 5.1. To find more information you can either visit the official website or access the updates page from where you can download available patches. To get access to updates, you need to create an account using the online form.

I want to print out 6 images in a single page. How can I do this in ENVI (6 images are dynamic images year-to-year with the same size and the same geo-referencing)?

Answer by Stephen Prastman

Open the application and then go to Views > Create New View. In the newly created view you can use LINKS to link all the images to be displayed on one page.
